Hello Parents!
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for attending and making our First Fairy Tale Ball a huge success!  The students really enjoyed the whole day and continued talking about it on Monday.  Thanks again for ALL of your help!  : )
 We have started our Farm theme this week.  We will pretend to milk a cow, make our very own butter, discover farm animal jobs and products of the farm.  We have also added 3 words to our growing sight words list:  he, she and you.  We will have our second spelling test next Thursday, 10/ 6.  The first spelling test went FANTASTIC!  I can tell that many of the students studied very hard!  Please continue to practice sight words, -at words, -an words, numbers (that are out of sequence), counting by 10s to 100 and by 5s to 50.
Progress reports were sent home Tuesday, 9/27.  After reviewing, please sign and return it as soon as possible.  I am very proud of the progress that the class as a whole has made.  Please note that the letters and numbers which are circled are ones that students DO know.  If there are any concerns/ questions please feel free to set up a meeting or send a note/ email.
